Why the name AIMAI?
AIMAI originates from Japanese mythology and means ‘ambiguous’, which is used in a poetic sense in the land of rising sun. At AIMAI, the washbar is also a co-work, is also a café. Spaces and furniture change function and character according to user needs and time of day. We make more out of less. Less space consumption, more well-being.

A highly flexible space packed with smart ideas and pure well-being. With our Tailor2Taste configurator, you turn our studios into your very personal Me, Myself and I Retreat.

FurnitureLarge high-quality table with lino surface, comfortable chair, AIMAI multifunction wall mount, and a cozy bed niche with ample storage space to glide into dreamland. All-In.
OutdoorsNeed some air to clear your mind? You have your own balcony or even your private garden area.
Connectivity24/7 access to high-speed WLAN (in- and outdoor) for chatting, streaming, and co-working, as well as a keyless access system.
GadgetsWe have developed some exclusive gadgets for living in small spaces. These include, among others, a space-saving waste system or our AIMAI wireless lighting system, which allows you to always carry light in your pocket.
Always-OnCooking, eating, chilling, exercising, working, or sleeping? At AIMAI, there’s no folding up, tipping over, or moving furniture to switch from one function to another. When you come home to AIMAI, you drop the annoying decisions at your door step. Chilling is the order of the day. We call it ALWAYS-ON.

Fueled up enough in your Me, Myself and I Retreat and craving community? In our social hubs ‘Yummy&Juhee Hub’ and ‘The Garden Eden’, you can party, co-work, do laundry, and much more. But no matter what you do here, you are never solo!

AIMAI Rental Rack
Sharing is caring #1: Battery vacuum cleaner, dough machine for Christmas cookies, a beamer for a movie night, and much more are available for rent in our unique AIMAI Rental Rack. Buying and letting things stand idle was yesterday. Renting and using is today.
The Buzz Lot
Sharing is caring #2: Rent eBikes or an eCar and start buzzing around. Powered by our photovoltaic system, our own electric fleet takes you everywhere. Quietly and cleanly.
Mini Farm
Depending on the location, our winged friends deliver fresh eggs daily or pollinate the biodiverse garden from their bee hotel, whilst making you happy with fresh honey.
Playground
Ping-Pong table, table socker, or a multisport outdoor area. With enough space, fun & games at AIMAI are guaranteed.
Smart Mailbox
Be notified via app when your package arrives or store a package securely until pickup by the postal worker with a personal code.

Biodiverse GardenOur outdoor areas are designed in cooperation with experts according to biodiversity principles.
Recycling ConcreteWe use certified recycled concrete that is enriched with additional CO2 and thus saves several tons of CO2 (depending on the building).
Renewable EnergyEach of our buildings is equipped with a photovoltaic system and produces electricity for self-consumption.
Heating SystemDepending on the location, we rely on heat pump systems or thermal probes for heat production.
Plant based raw materialsYour Me, Myself and I Retreat and other areas are not only equipped with a stylish but also sustainable cast floor made from 78% plant-based raw materials and recycled fishing nets.
Local production & SMEWhenever possible, we rely on Swiss suppliers. Short logistics routes mean less environmental impact. Local value creation means local jobs. AIMAI - Patented Living Swiss Made.
